  Disgusting...not impressed at all, ordered a pavlova this morning and it was hard like rock and not soft and gooey inside. It was hard like toffee. I Called the shop to bring it to their attention and the shop attendant said she would let management know. I was not offered a solution of coming into the shop for a refund or a choice of something else to the same value.
